PUBLIC NOTICE
In accordance with this public notice, the Human Rights Council of India (Regional Office: Punjab and Haryana) located at HRCI Bhavan, Near SBI, Before Bhakhra Canal Bridge, Main Road, Tehsil-Samana (147101), hereby informs the public that certain anti-social and mischievous elements have been unlawfully using the name, signature, stamps, and official letterhead of this Council. By misappropriating these official materials, these individuals have filed fake and baseless complaints against several prominent figures, including the Vice-Chancellor of BFUHS, Faridkot; the Medical Superintendent of GGS Government Medical College & Hospital, Faridkot; the Director of PILBS, Mohali; the Hon'ble Minister of Health, Research and Medical Education & Elections, Punjab; the Secretary of Research & Medical Education, Punjab, Chandigarh; Dr. Iqbal Singh (Assistant Professor) from the Department of Physiology; and the Director-Principal of GMC, Patiala. In light of this, the Council has informed the relevant individuals and authorities and has also issued a written communication to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tehsil Samana, requesting appropriate legal action, as relevant..
