EMPANELMENT OF ADVOCATE(S)

Invitation for applications: Legal Empanelment

The Human Rights Council of India (Punjab & Haryana) invites applications from experienced and qualified lawyers for empanelment to provide legal services to the organization. The empanelment is sought to engage legal experts who can contribute to the mission and objectives of the Human Rights Council of India (Punjab & Haryana) in voluntary and honorary basis.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Possession of a valid law degree from a recognized institution.
  • Must be a member of Bar Association in India.
  • A minimum of 03 years of experience in practicing law.
  • Also fulfil the other terms & conditions mentioned in the requisition form.

Desired Qualities

  • Proven expertise in human rights, constitutional law, or related fields.
  • Handling the matters of Legal Aid, Pro Bono actively.
  • Ability to handle legal matters effectively and professionally.

Application Procedure

Interested and eligible lawyers are invited to submit their applications along with the supporting documents as mentioned in the form.

Selection Process

Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee, and shortlisted candidates may be called for an interview. The final empanelment decision will be communicated to the selected lawyers.
