Copyright Transfer Agreement

The article I/we are submitting is my/our original work. By this consent, I/we assign the copyright of the submitted work to the Editorial Team of the International Journal of Human Rights and Law (IJHRL) for publication in its journals and all forms of media. I/We own the manuscript and all related rights, titles, and interests.

I hereby affirm and submit that:

  1. The submitted manuscript is an original work that has not been previously published or considered for publication elsewhere. It has also not been submitted elsewhere for publication. Furthermore, the submitted manuscript does not infringe any existing copyright or third-party rights.

  2. By clicking “I Agree” in the “Copyright Transfer Agreement” on this journal’s Submission Form, it is considered equivalent to signing the original form in all respects, including legal matters.

  3. I confirm that the contribution is original.
